Bring positive vibes only! Laugh, cry happy tears, eat, drink and pretty please get on the dancefloor and DANCE the night away. This is such an important day for us and we want to feel all the love from our nearest and dearest.

We kindly ask you to please RSVP by 21st November, 2024. If you RSVP 'attending' and then are subsequently no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

Bus transportation will be provided to and from Smiths Beach Resort & Caves House Hotel on the day of the wedding. If you are travelling outside of Smiths Beach Resort or Caves House Hotel then you will need to pre-book a taxi through Dunsborough Taxis. Transportation is very limited in the south west so we highly encourage guests to pre-book their taxi in advance.

Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue but we would highly recommend pre-booking a taxi through Dunsborough Taxis instead of driving.

We have chosen to make our wedding a black tie event which means formal attire, we would love for all our guests to get dressed up to celebrate the occasion. We do however suggest keeping comfortable shoes in mind, the ceremony will be taking place on grass and we want your feet to be up for dancing all night.

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we have chosen to make our wedding day an adults only event.

Exceptions will of course be made for little babies who need to be close to their mums. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions regarding this or advise us of your requirements when you RSVP in the 'special requests' section.

Unless this has been arranged or discussed with us prior then unfortunately not, our chosen venue has a strict capacity so it will just be our nearest and dearest joining us on this occasion.

Please let us know on the RSVP form if you have any dietary restrictions.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Aravina estate, the ceremony will take place on grass in the gardens followed by a short walk to the deck area for champagne and canapes prior to the reception on the terrace.

While the reception seating will be undercover the remainder of the wedding will be predominantly outdoors.

The weather can be a little bit unpredictable in the south west but as it is summer we are hoping it is not going to be too hot and not cold, keeping in mind that in general nights can be a little cooler down there.

Yes absolutely, we want our wedding day captured from as many angles as possible. We just ask you to please be mindful of staying present and not obstructing other guests views if taking pictures during the ceremony. We also ask that guests be mindful of not taking pictures of any children who might be attending the wedding.
